Fainsjal Foundation is a community-driven NGO working tirelessly to uplift underprivileged youth
women, and families across India. We believe that education, skill development
and compassion are the key ingredients for transforming lives.
Faisal khan – Founder
Fainsjal Foundation was born out of a simple yet powerful idea — to uplift lives through access to education, skill development, and employment opportunities.
In 2021, we started with just one computer and a group of passionate volunteers, teaching digital literacy to a handful of students in our local community. What began as a small classroom initiative has now grown into a full-fledged movement reaching hundreds of youth, women, and families across our region.
Over the years, we have launched free education programs, skill-based training workshops, job placement support, and emergency aid drives — all focused on creating real, lasting impact.
Our journey has been driven by the belief that every individual deserves the chance to learn, grow, and live with dignity — and we’re committed to making that possible, one step at a time.
